Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing programs to retain Aboriginal employees and improve diversity awareness, as well as reporting and data analysis.

The successful candidate will have suitable experience working within recruitment and talent development, with a proven track record in achieving diversity and local employment targets.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with local stakeholders.
