Your Day:

  • Prepare seamless travel arrangements from initial contact through to post-travel engagement
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the leisure travel industry and cruise destinations to deliver one-of-a-kind holidays
  • Provide genuine and exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds client needs

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure travel consulting
  • Strong GDS skills and airfare knowledge
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
