Job Summary:

NES Fircroft is seeking a Technology Manager to join our team. As a Technology Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting the company in developing its technology infrastructure in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology strategies and projects, with ownership of budget and resources.
  • Establish and manage infrastructure and security procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Select and manage vendors for operational services, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to local users, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Deploy, develop, and maintain ERP systems, preferably SAP S4Hana, to drive business efficiency and growth.
  • Deliver projects related to infrastructure, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement a data center strategy, deployment, and management plan, preferably using MS Azure, to ensure scalability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in project delivery, with a focus on infrastructure and data center management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a minimum of 3-4 trips per year, for a week each time.
