About the Role:

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technology Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful design and implementation of complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of technical sub-systems, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute technology strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality project delivery, identifying and mitigating technical risks, and implementing best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and project managers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and standards, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar business market
  • Deep understanding of railway systems and industry standards
  • Strong technical expertise and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Engineering Bachelor or Masters degree
