Care Specialist

This Support Worker role involves delivering a wide range of domestic supports within customer residences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans, manual handling and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
The successful applicant will have a Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher and be willing to use their fully insured and registered private vehicle for work purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
- Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
- Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
- Valid Drivers Licence;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- National Police Clearance.
