As a Support Professional, you will be part of a diverse team dedicated to empowering clients to live their chosen lives. Your role will involve:
- Providing support for individuals with complex high-care needs, including those with challenging behaviours
- Assisting customers to engage in community-based activities and achieve their life goals
- Developing and implementing person-centred plans that reflect each individual's unique needs and aspirations
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed
- Managing administration duties, expense reports and mandatory documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in supporting individuals with behavioural support plans
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviours
- Manual handling and medication administration skills
- Significant personal care and domestic duties experience
- The ability to manage situations with patience and maturity
- A Certificate in Disability or Mental Health, or higher qualification
- A valid driver's license and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with industry standards)
