Customer Success Leadership Opportunity

Drive business growth and build strong customer relationships as a leader of our ANZ ASEAN team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional results in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives, enhance customer value, adoption, and growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Customer Success Plans that meet the needs of our customers.

This leadership role requires excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer success principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hiring and Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the region to drive business growth.
  2. Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, adoption, and retention in the ANZ ASEAN market.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, technical support, and other teams to drive customer success initiatives and enhance customer experiences.
