About the Role

BMD Urban's South Australian division delivers a wide range of projects for both private and public sector clients across defence, public infrastructure, land development and mining and resources industries. We seek experienced Infrastructure Development Leads with a diverse skillset in key sectors such as water and wastewater, roads and infrastructure, and urban development. Our successful candidates will lead high-performing project teams to achieve successful and on-time outcomes while effectively managing safety and environmental compliance across project sites.

Salary: Estimated AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing project teams to deliver successful and on-time outcomes.
  • Effectively manage safety and environmental compliance across project sites.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and skills required to achieve best-for-project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant field highly regarded.
  • Extensive project delivery experience working for reputable contractors in the $1 - 20 million value space.
  • Experience working on Defence Industry Transformation (DIT) projects highly regarded.
  • Collaborative management style and team building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
