About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Lead to join our team in Adelaide. As a senior member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and leading junior engineers in civil and transport projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver drafting and design on civil and transport projects
  • Complete thorough reviews of design drawings prepared by others in the team
  • Mentor and lead junior engineers in the drafting and design team and wider Adelaide team
  • Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and drafters (locally and internationally) to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
  • Maintain and develop the highest standard of technical design skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience working in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy setting. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop designs to meet industry standards from scratch.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid work options, professional development opportunities, and access to industry-leading technology and thinking.
