Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Position Partners. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and realising sales opportunities for Monitoring Systems and associated software throughout designated territories.

About the Role
  • Identify, establish, and maintain business development opportunities and support for all Deformation Monitoring products.
  • Assist in setting annual sales budgets and work directly with the regional sales teams to meet or exceed these targets.
  • Provide proposals as required by customers.
  • Negotiate all aspects of a customer's order within company policies.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on customers, competitors' activities, the business climate, monitoring technology advancements, and market movements to identify sales trends.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a geospatial or geotechnical role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business-to-business relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience in sales, business development, and commercial negotiations.
