Key Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and grow a busy cosmetic clinic in Newcastle by leading and developing a team of clinicians and Client Experience Consultants to deliver outstanding services and treatments to clients, resulting in exceptional client outcomes and clinic profitability.

Work closely with the team to ensure every client receives an exceptional personalised experience that leads to ongoing and long-standing client relationships.

Use business data to develop the skills and behaviours of the team, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to raise performance.

Implement local marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

Lead clinic operations, including budgets, rostering, training, and stock management.

Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Clinical Governance policies to guarantee the safest possible outcomes for clients and team members.

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring immaculately presented team members and clinic at all times.
