Product Design Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a key member of our design squad, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product design strategy and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and develop product roadmaps.
- Become an expert in our customers' needs and develop a deep understanding of their pain points.
- Lead end-to-end product design activities, from concept to launch.
- Contribute to the development of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform.
- Manage the performance, workload, and career development of your design team.
