Job Opportunity: Project Delivery Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects across various sectors.

Your primary focus will be on assisting the Project Manager in producing Construction Management Plans and Programs for new and upcoming projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing ISO accreditation requirements related to OH&S, Environmental, and Quality systems and controls.

In addition, you will manage all trade coordination, including chairing weekly trade coordination meetings, maintaining open communication with key trades, and preparing work areas for key trades to ensure continuity of program.

You will review and provide input to the project design, including at early design development stages, coordinating across disciplines and contractors. You will also manage the project's Short Term Program in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and collaborate with the Project Manager in the production of Construction Management Plans and Programs.
  • Maintain and manage ISO accreditation requirements.
  • Manage all trade coordination.
  • Review and provide input to the project design.
  • Manage the project's Short Term Program.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Over 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in residential and other projects valued between $25m to $50m.

Experience using systems and platforms to assist in the delivery of a project, such as ISO Accredited systems and Procore Project Management Platform.

An ability to engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve a positive project outcome.

An ability to communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
