The Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients across the full project lifecycle. You'll work closely with other members of the team to coordinate data migration, system configuration, product training, and go-live activities—ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

  • Project Delivery Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS platform, from data migration and system configuration to stakeholder training and go-live cutover.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations and aXcelerate's delivery standards.
  • Project Planning & Governance: Create and maintain essential project documentation — including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party partners.
  • Team & Milestone Alignment: Keep all team members aligned on milestones, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
