As a senior Salesforce architect, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of key Salesforce platforms within an organization.

Your primary responsibility is to lead a team of skilled engineers who work collaboratively with product managers, delivery managers, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will ensure that Salesforce architecture and platform strategies are integrated seamlessly into the broader technology landscape, driving innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Key responsibilities include championing best practices in Salesforce development, integration, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.

Additionally, you will mentor, manage stakeholders, and lead critical decision-making processes to achieve strategic technology goals through an inclusive and empowering environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • At least 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: custom apps, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, workflows, formula fields, SOQL, REST APIs
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in B2B environments
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices such as TDD, Kanban, Lean
  • Experience working in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Configuration Management environments
  • Significant experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS
  • Skilled in architectural frameworks, API design, and system integration patterns
