About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and providing strategic advice on value engineering and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise cost advice and estimates
  • Conduct trade take-offs and BOQ pricing
  • Oversee variations and site valuations
  • Implement value management and cost optimisation strategies
  • Participate in design meetings and liaise with clients
  • Prepare cost reports and perform financial reconciliation
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability

Requirements:

  • Membership in a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB)
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and practices
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies and industry advancements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
