We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Membership Development Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our club facilities and services to new members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new members, manage existing relationships, and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Membership Sales: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new member acquisitions, upgrades, and renewals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class service to members, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding service level agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, share best practices, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales skills, processes, and outcomes.
