Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational programs that foster the growth and development of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-built childcare service with a focus on contemporary educational practices. Our team is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and strives to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Have flexible availability and be able to work on different days each week.
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs.
  • Experience working in a childcare service and collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
