About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities. You will assist in delivering programs that are fun, flexible, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. Your mission will be to ensure that every individual embarks on thrilling adventures, hones their skills, enjoys social interactions, and achieves personal milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing programs that promote independent living skills, social skills, and community access
  • Support participants in building life skills and achieving personal goals
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Requirements
  • Legal right to live and work in Australia
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check (VIC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain prior to starting with us)
  • International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Qualifications including Cert III or IV in Community Services or equivalent are well regarded and attract a higher pay grade
