About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Ability Plus Disability Services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and within the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide physical therapy and hydro support as required
  • Assist with domestic services and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on community outings

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a current National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check, First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license.
