Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a call centre environment (travel industry knowledge is beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday
