Job Description:

Are you a people person with a passion for travel? Do you have previous experience in guest services, tourist information or the travel industry?

NRMA Parks and Resorts is an industry leader in the dynamic Holiday Park sector. We are a wholly-owned entity of the NRMA, Australia's largest member-owned organisation.

We are seeking vibrant characters to join our Sales Centre team as Casual Sales Agents. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls to assist in making reservations for cabins, caravan and camping holidays for our members and guests.

You will play a vital role in our customer journey and be the first touch point to making that memorable holiday, road trip or getaway.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales or exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office and strong systems navigation skills

Previous experience with Newbook and within the travel, tourism sector is advantageous.

Benefits:

Due to current restrictions, you will need to have the flexibility to work from both home and from our Gosford Office.
