About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and confident Body Piercer to join our team at Hairhouse. As a Body Piercing Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional piercing experiences to our clients, while also developing your retail talents across jewellery and hair care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert piercing services to clients, ensuring precision and attention to detail
  • Educate clients on after-care, check-ups, and jewellery resizing to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed Council, OH&S, and Hairhouse standards
  • Develop a piercing community between the store and clients to foster loyalty and retention
  • Support the Retail and Salon teams during downtime

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in the ear piercing industry
  • Infection Control Certification
  • Experience in best practice hygiene protocols
  • Thorough understanding of piercing types and jewellery
  • Strong organisational skills
