About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Youth Worker to join our dynamic team in South Hedland. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in assisting children and young people to reach their full potential and achieve their goals through day-to-day provision of care, nurturing, and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and personalised living environment for children and young people.
  • Providing tailored therapeutic interventions and support to address individual needs and promote resilience.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Advocating for the rights and needs of children and young people.

About You

We are looking for a caring and dedicated individual who has experience working with children and young people with complex support needs. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current paid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
  • A suitable minimum qualification or relevant lived experience.

What We Offer

$74,254 - $84,914 per annum (based on SCHADS Award 2.1-2.2)
