We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Community Care Team as Personal Carers. This rewarding role provides an opportunity to empower others to live fully, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

This position involves providing care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. You will spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, and assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

You will be responsible for providing in-home personal care, daily living assistance, and support in accordance with individualised Care Plans. Additionally, you will transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping. Your creativity and enthusiasm will be encouraged as you contribute to the success of our team.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. You will also need a current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) and a roadworthy vehicle to use for work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance to clients
  • Support clients with their daily activities, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification
