Administrative Assistant & Scheduler Position

A challenging opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator/Scheduler to join our Morningside team. This genuine all-rounder role will work closely with the Service Manager and Locksmiths to ensure high quality job scheduling, record management, customer service, stock purchasing, payment processing, and other operational functions are maintained.
Your positive attitude, flexible approach and exceptional organisation skills will be key to your success, along with attention to detail, initiative and outcome focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales/order processing and quoting
  • Customer service and record management
  • Stock control and allocation (optional)
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Data entry and reports
  • Liaising with technical teams

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed computer skills
