This role is an opportunity to join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences;
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans;
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians;
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition;
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution;
  • Certifications:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio;
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  • Experience:
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting;
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in critical care or progressive care units.

Other Information:

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week. The salary range for this role is $33.75-$53.00 per hour. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
