About the Role

Crommelin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Repair Coordinator to join our team in the insurance building sector. As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls from insurance companies and set up job files on our system.
  • Schedule Assessors and Estimators to attend jobs and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Manage a book of files, ensuring they are accurately handled and kept up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to insured parties, insurance companies, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Insurance, Construction, Property, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and PC skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
