Gallery Ambassador

Deliver exceptional visitor experiences through guided tours and interactions in allocated galleries, fostering meaningful connections between art and audiences.

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and directing visitors to relevant services as needed, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve gallery objectives and enhance the overall Museum experience, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of operations.

  • Assist with other duties as directed by management, contributing to the smooth operation of the Museum and promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm welcome to the Museum and setting the tone for a positive and memorable experience.

  • Deliver engaging and informative tours, sharing knowledge of the Museum's collections and exhibitions, and inspiring a deeper appreciation for the arts.

  • Interact with visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new exhibitions and collections, and utilizing this expertise to provide accurate and insightful information to visitors.
