About the Educational Leadership Role

The Educational Leader is responsible for leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice. This involves collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

This role requires strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent.

The successful candidate will have experience leading change in education and will be passionate about working with children and families to provide high-quality early learning programs.
