Real Estate and Construction Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate and Construction Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide high-quality legal advice and support on complex real estate and construction transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate and construction contracts, including agreements for lease, commercial and retail leases, surrender and incentive deeds, services agreements, construction agreements, and work orders.
    • Provide advisory services on real estate and construction matters.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Admission to practice law in Australia.
  • A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate or construction law.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and construction contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
