What role will you play?
As a real estate lawyer with expertise in corporate leasing and construction arrangements, you will primarily focus on APAC office and retail leasing, construction agreements, and general commercial matters.
What you offer Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 4 years' PQE, either as an in-house lawyer or in a top or mid-tier law firm in the real estate or construction team.Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of real estate and construction contracts, including agreements for lease, commercial and retail leases, surrender and incentive deeds, services agreements, construction agreements, and work orders.Experience in providing advisory services on real estate and construction matters.Team player with a desire to provide quality client service to internal clients with a diverse portfolio of local and global projects.Experience advising on emerging technologies such as natural language systems and generative AI is highly regarded.We welcome anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
