This role will be offered on a 6-12 month contract basis.

What role will you play?

As a real estate lawyer with expertise in corporate leasing and construction arrangements, you will primarily focus on APAC office and retail leasing, construction agreements, and general commercial matters.

What you offer
  • Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 4 years' PQE, either as an in-house lawyer or in a top or mid-tier law firm in the real estate or construction team.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of real estate and construction contracts, including agreements for lease, commercial and retail leases, surrender and incentive deeds, services agreements, construction agreements, and work orders.
  • Experience in providing advisory services on real estate and construction matters.
  • Team player with a desire to provide quality client service to internal clients with a diverse portfolio of local and global projects.
  • Experience advising on emerging technologies such as natural language systems and generative AI is highly regarded.
