Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled trade cooks to join our culinary team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the food services department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items that meet the standards of our organization.

Your duties will include producing bulk food items under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols.

You will also be required to prepare sandwiches and salads as needed, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction driven results.

A current Food Handlers certificate and experience in high volume food service are essential requirements for this role.

Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equivalent is also necessary to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this position.
