About This Role

This role involves driving business growth by identifying and originating new opportunities in foreign exchange.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with internal teams to achieve strategic objectives and provide customers with a clear advantage through extensive knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and originate new business opportunities, focusing on SMEs and mid-cap corporate clients in FX.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into business relationships using FX products (cash, vanilla, and structured) to manage FX exposure.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to client onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams supporting APAC operations (Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding).
  • Risk Management: Adhere to operational risk frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ethics: Comply with a strict code of conduct at all times.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
