**Job Description**

VicHealth is seeking an experienced professional to lead our research impact initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Research Impact Plan to drive systems change and improve health outcomes for Victorians.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Integrate VicHealth's research and knowledge translation activities across the organisation's program design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan for the Research Impact Plan with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver implementation-focussed research grants and commissioned research in line with VicHealth's research and policy priorities.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Public Health, Social Policy or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in fields related to Public Health, Health Promotion research or programs.
  • At least 2 years' experience in research project management, with commissioning experience preferred.
