About our school:

We are a K-12, co-educational Christian school located in Sydney's North West corridor. We have over 1300 on-campus students and 700+ distance learners, with a strategic plan for future expansion.

Our approach:

We follow three 'Signature Pedagogies': Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing. These pedagogies are informed by Cognitive Load Theory and influenced by experts like Hollingsworth, Ybarra, Lemov, Hochman, and Wexler, as well as Michaela Community School in London.

Staff support:

We support our staff with an in-house pedagogical coaching team, fostering an open professional learning culture through peer observations and feedback. We invest in a technology-rich educational environment to enhance learning for both students and teachers.

About you and the role:

We invite applications for a Full-Time Learning Enrichment Teacher Aide (Maternity Leave Cover until the end of 2025), to start as soon as possible. The role involves supporting the Learning Enrichment Team by:
