Learning Enrichment Teacher Role

The Learning Enrichment Teacher is a vital position within our educational institution, responsible for providing support to students with diverse learning needs.

This role involves developing and implementing Individualised Learning Plans, conducting regular assessments, and working closely with classroom teachers to implement tailored educational strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and inform instructional strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff to implement effective differentiation techniques and inclusive practices.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and external specialists to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and wellbeing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Christian Faith: An active Christian faith is essential for this role.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Suitable qualifications and/or experience in administration are necessary.
  • Organisational and Communication Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
  • Team Player: The ability to receive feedback and be a team player with a can-do attitude is essential.
  • Working With Children Check: A current Employee Working With Children Check is mandatory.
