About the Role

Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the educational and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Contribute to the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, training, and development

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education
  • Proven experience in a childcare setting, with a focus on early years education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
