Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursery Trainee Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nurseries and contributing to the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective strategies for improving nursery operations and achieving business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent standards of care and education.
  • Conduct regular room checks and implement action plans to maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality of care.
  • Monitor and manage accident trends, implementing measures to prevent and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journeys for children in our care.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of all children in the nursery, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.
