We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to provide care and community access for a participant in Gosford. As a disability support staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our participant with a strong focus on Autism and understanding behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct care and support to the participant">
  • Assisting with community access and outings">
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience in disability support">
  • Strong knowledge of Autism and behavior management">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Driver's license and own vehicle">
  • First Aid Certification (an advantage)">

About the Role:
