Customer Partnerships Lead Role

We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive strategic growth, foster valuable relationships, and oversee the entire customer lifecycle.

This role will focus on devising and executing strategies that promote growth, sustainability, and profitability for both existing and prospective clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Growth: Developing and executing acquisition strategies for new customers, focusing on exceptional growth within our existing and new customer portfolio.
  • Relationships: Building value-based relationships with typically large public and private organisations, developing key relationships (and ecosystems) that strategically enable you to deliver on objectives.
  • Delivery: Ensuring all delivery is well planned and executed with excellence, consistently and sustainably delivering on commitments made to customers (time, cost, and quality).

You'll bring:

  • Deep business understanding of end-to-end sales to delivery cycle.
  • Ability to lead and confidently sell offerings.
  • Ability to write high-quality proposal documents.
  • Strong consultative, strategy, and planning skills.
  • Financial/commercial/contractual analysis, management, and governance.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
