Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recoveries Performance Officer to lead debt recovery operations through stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and performance monitoring.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on process innovation, performance uplift, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage debt service agreements to ensure partner agencies meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Analyse data and operational trends to inform strategy, enhance recovery outcomes, and support team capability building.
  • Lead process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to communicate performance insights, strategic updates, and operational recommendations.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in credit management, including high-volume, low-value transactions, and a solid understanding of credit processes, relevant legislation, and legal recovery procedures.
  • Ability to lead or support teams through strategic initiatives focused on process improvement and performance optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights using tools like Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong vendor management, including monitoring SLAs, ensuring compliance, and driving performance.
  • High-level problem-solving capability, with a track record of leading internal improvement projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
