  • Manage a portfolio of complex claims with full decision-making responsibility.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with injured team members to personalize support and monitor recovery progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring interactions to individual needs.
  • Lead case conferencing and return-to-work planning.
