Job Opportunity:

We are passionate about crafting and installing high-quality staircases that transform homes across Australia.

As a Custom Staircase Installer, you will install custom-designed timber staircases according to specifications and drawings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install bespoke timber staircases in accordance with plans and technical drawings.
  • Read and interpret plans, site measurements, and installation guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with builders, site managers, and clients.
  • Conduct on-site checks to ensure installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in staircase installation, carpentry, or joinery (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Hold a Certificate III in Carpentry and have completed an apprenticeship.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) and driver's license.
  • Bring suitable tools and transportation.
