  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.">
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.">
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support participants in achieving their goals.">
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.">
  • Recommend assistive technology to help participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.">

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.">
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.">
  • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.">
  • Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.">
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.">
