Clinical Care Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. This role requires the application of clinical reasoning skills and expertise to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
The ideal candidate will take a holistic care approach, managing clients' journeys from rehab to healing. Working closely with them, you'll provide guidance and support to help them return to their job or find new employment opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
- Strong clinical reasoning abilities
- Ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments
