Senior Technology Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and innovative technology leader to spearhead our IT, systems, and AI capabilities. This newly created senior role offers the chance to shape technology-driven business performance, client experience, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Strategic Plans: Create and implement comprehensive IT, AI, and systems strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead Major CRM Transformation: Oversee a major CRM change program from vendor selection to go-live and staff adoption.
  • Drive AI and Automation Projects: Develop and implement AI and automation projects to enhance productivity, decision-making, and client experience.
  • Identify and Implement Tech Solutions: Discover and deploy cost-effective tech solutions delivering measurable value and efficiency.
  • Negotiate Platform Agreements: Effectively negotiate platform agreements within scope and budget.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Trends: Continuously research and stay ahead of emerging tech and AI trends benefiting the business.
  • Oversee SaaS Platforms: Ensure seamless integration, documentation, and delivery of agreed outcomes for all SaaS platforms, including CRM, phone systems, and business-critical applications.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Maintain robust security protocols, data protection compliance, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Protect Against Cybersecurity Threats: Proactively monitor and regularly test against cybersecurity threats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership or systems management.
  • Proven success in managing major tech projects, ideally including significant CRM implementations.
  • Experience delivering AI or automation solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong SaaS management and integration expertise.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Property or financial services industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
