Job Responsibilities:
  1. Hands-on coding on the product, delivering new features and functionality, and providing support for bugs.
  2. Architect, lead and deliver complex scalable software systems, promoting best practices in quality, delivery, monitoring, architecture and algorithm design.
  3. Break down objectives into small and valuable deliverables, iteratively delivering into production.
  4. Work with a mature AWS infrastructure environment supporting a high volume user-base.
  5. Execute technical and business strategy, building experiences users will love.
  6. Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Python/Django or React, taking pride in good software design patterns, testing and clean code.
  • Involved in the whole Software Development Lifecycle, from idea generation to monitoring performance in production.
  • Pride yourself in building high-quality software while being pragmatic and highly accountable.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development team.
  • Strong relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
