Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical shutdowns and maintenance projects
  • Lead and motivate site-based electrical teams to deliver safe and efficient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all electrical safety legislation, mine site requirements and company policies
  • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgets and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and work processes
  • Build and manage scopes of work based on electrical tender documentation
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers and internal stakeholders

About You:
  • Trade-qualified Electrician with an active QLD Electrical Licence
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical project or shutdown management
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale electrical projects safely and efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of WHS regulations and electrical standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance and team development
